What to send
- Bug reports — broken layout, missing summary, wrong cover image.
- Source requests — “you should be tracking X”.
- Takedown requests from publishers — see Source Attribution Policy.
- Privacy / data requests — access, export, deletion (GDPR / CCPA).
- Partnerships, press, or anything else.
What to expect
Every message is read. Spam and obvious LLM-generated outreach get ignored. Otherwise, expect a reply within 48 hours. If something is urgent (broken site, account issue, takedown), say so in the subject line and it will be prioritised.
